Good Morning,
My name is LaWanda Buendía, the owner of Buendía Notary Srvcs. I am a Notary Public and Remote Online Notary in the state of Tennessee, county of Haywood. I have been a Notary Public since 2018. Professionally, I have conducted over 300 mobile, hybrid, and in-office notarizations, along with about 100 RONs.
I am also the Director of Buendía NSA Srvcs, which is a signing agency that will branch out of Tennessee into parts of Arizona in 2023. I train and mentor Notary Signing Agents to provide quality and professional contractor services to title companies, lenders, other signing companies, and platforms. We are open from 7:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. for RONs and 7:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. for mobile signings.
