I have been involved in many facets of the real estate business, including but not limited to title research, insurance, law, transaction coordinating/closings, underwriting, commercial/residential investment acquisition, vacant land research, acquisition, and closings. I have been commissioned as a notary public in the State of New Jersey and was the lead real estate paralegal at a boutique firm in Hoboken, NJ. I am experienced in all aspects of the closing process (from assisting clients with the load process, attorney review, home inspection, researching/confirming flood zones, easements, etc., HUD-RESPA preparation, and document review). I am more than comfortable handling multiple closings/transactions within the office and beyond.
I am currently commissioned as a traditional notary public in the State of Ohio, as well as a remote online notary. Additionally, I am in the process of obtaining my loan singing agent certification through the National Notary Association.
